Wildfire Network Reporting Policy

Why have a reporting policy?

As a movement, we purpose to foster an environment of high accountability, mutual respect, and empowerment of all people – regardless of their power or position. We seek to proactively establish a safe reporting outlet for anyone who may be a victim of any kind of mistreatment within the Wildfire Network.

Who is subject to the reporting policy?

Any mission leader, elder, director, or staff of the Wildfire Network shall treat other people with all the dignity and respect and purity befitting of an Image bearer of God. Any treatment of any person that falls short of this exceptionally high standard is cause for serious concern and immediate action.
